What is included in the price of the venue?
» Venue facilities and infrastructure
» Refreshments dependant on the time of the day, the course being presented and the delegates that attend. For Example: teas, coffees and fruit juice in the morning classes; limited white and red house wine by the glass, and fruit juice in the evening classes
» Cutlery crockery and serving utensils as well as clearing and cleaning the dishes after the workshop
» Website adverts and gallery pictures
» Monthly Newsletter to subscribers and past students
» Newspaper and magazine adverts for the website
» Marketing advice and support
» Administration and bookings
» Various other marketing strategies to be embarked on from time to time:
- Free demos on request
- Pamphlets handed out at schools and functions

Terms & Conditions
Confirmations:
» a 50% deposit is needed to secure all reservations. A signed
confirmation letter or conference dayplanner will secure your reservation if prior arrangement was made with management.
Payment:
» Our payment policy states "payment on departure." With
Management authorization accounts can be billed back to your company with payment due within 5 working days after departure.
Cancellation Policy:
» A 50 % cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged if the
booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival. This also applies to a "No Show".
