Do you belong to a book club or a ladies club, or do you have clients you would like to entertain in a more original manner rather than going out for lunch or breakfast at a restaurant?

Do you find you never have time to sit with your friends and enjoy a relaxed yet stimulating morning?

Are you tired of your own company and want to get out and meet some new people you can relate to?

Whatever your reason, why not give us a call and we will tailor a class to suit your guests, or you could join in one of the classes already scheduled.

The classes can be hands on or partially hands on, or you may prefer to simply sit back and relax with a good cup of coffee or a glass of sparkling wine. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and the food is freshly prepared and it is all tasted and enjoyed by yourselves.

CLASS FORMAT

Classes are run throughout the year at its purpose-built Studio in Durbanville Cape Town. Courses (one class per week) and classes are run in the mornings, afternoons and evenings, 7 days a week (subject to a minimum of 10 people). The venue is also available for corporate and private functions - birthdays, kitchen teas, and dinner parties with a difference. Our classes are practical, where every person gets to participate. They are also a lot of fun where you not only learn new skills, but get to meet people with similar interests. For corporate groups these classes are a novel way of creating staff interaction or entertaining clients.

Scheduled classes run in the mornings from ±09h00, and in the evening, from ±21h00, and run for approximately 2 hours slots, including some socialising, at the end of the class.

The format of each class is as follows:
» Introduction
» Theory
» Practical
» Social, at the end of the class, participants get together and enjoy the refreshments served.

What is included in the price?
» Extensive notes, techniques or recipes;
» Starter kit or all ingredients;
» Teas, coffees and soft drinks in the morning classes; limited white and red house wine by the glass, and soft drinks in the evening classes;
» Selected refreshments at the end.
